Please read these Terms of Service carefully before playing Spirebreaker Saga or using this website. By creating an account or logging in, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spirebreaker Saga (the "Game") or this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game or Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game and Site. If you are under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country), you must have verifiable parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

  • Account names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or infringe trademarks.
  • Steam accounts are linked to your game account; you are responsible for the security of your Steam account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, bots, macros, exploits, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players via in-game chat or any other means.
  • Impersonate game staff, moderators, or other players.
  • Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data that do not belong to you.

  • Publish or distribute offensive, illegal, or infringing content through any game channel.

5. In-Game Purchases

Spirebreaker Saga may offer optional purchases through the Steam microtransaction system. All purchases are processed by Valve Corporation subject to their terms. Virtual items and currency have no real-world cash value and are not refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or rebalance any purchasable item.

6. Enforcement & Bans

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account, at our sole discretion, for any violation of these Terms or conduct we deem harmful to the game community. Ban decisions may be appealed by contacting us; however, we are not obligated to reverse any enforcement action.

All content in the Game and on this Site — including art, code, music, lore, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Spirebreaker Saga's developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

The Game and Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for data loss, including loss of game progress, characters, or items.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game or Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
